Our nation is more focused always on left-brain thinking,logic and reasoning, as critical to future economic development. Even the school approach is towards academic or left brain thinking . The right brain learning is not focused in many schools and educational universities. However seeing the current trend of economy the top surviving companies are the ones who have taken a different kind of thinking in the field of technology and design a thinking of “A whole new mind” – A brain based approach .
The approach and emphasis on the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) subjects is growing to a huge extent by the schools and educational universities but what is also needed is the right brain learning which is a must needed qualification for any type of JOB and what I call the key “IDEA” (Intuition, Design, Emotion, Art).
